my family is deeply dysfunctional, my father was a narcissistic addict, etc. etc. etc. all that, variations of the same movie. I have been feeling hatred for many years, I have progressed a lot in life based on struggle and anger, but having that inside you is shit. Although you may not realize it, you have identified so much with your hatred that you have become addicted to it. I tell you from experience. Suddenly, one day I realized: those narcissistic monsters were just idiots. like stupid children incapable of maturing, worthy of pity and nothing more. They are you and you are them, that's life, a game that can get twisted. give those poor idiots a mental hug and forget them completely. 

Easier said than done, obviously. getting to do it is the way that will set you free. Those fools are your teachers, accept their lesson
