Waking up during sleep intentionally?

4 posts in this topic

Hi!

Do you know if waking up in the middle of the night is bad for your health or sleep? I think I will have to wake up once every night to do a protocol, which takes just a couple of seconds and I have to get up from the bed. Does it jeopardize sleep, focus, energy or general health?

Thank you!

Having had two newborns, it will if you think it will, it won't if you think it won't.

It’s not ideal but if you really have to do it, then do it. Life is never ideal.
