Look at all the serene things. I mean that's what you should ideally fill your day with. 

God never takes away all our freedom. Use your freedom wisely. 

Look at healthy things. Non toxic things. 

Remove toxicity out of your life.

Also look at things that you are missing out on due to stress. Things that you might have learned. Things like submerged talents and hidden potential. Things like useful knowledge and growth.
