Does everyone's projecting on others ?

I was walking today and I was wondering if all people (including me) we're almost constantly projecting their vision of reality / how they feel on others ?

For example, every judgements they make on a person or a subject. But it's  maybe ALL their thoughts that are projections ?

@Gabith Yeah I have noticed people/myself do this. Very good to be aware of it and stop people from doing it to you and stop yourself doing it unless its needed of course
