How to embody SD Stage Green as someone who is not that social?

Spiral Dynamics Stage Green is a collective stage, so it's all about people, community, socializing etc. How can an introvert or someone, who is not that social embody Stage Green more? Leo, how did you embody it? Should I just try to push myself more and get in contact with more people? How did you guys went through Stage Green successfully?

No, you can just be near the tree by yourself and speak with animals, etc, you'll still be stage green. The only thing you might need is a vegan girlfriend, but even that is a very loose requirement, you can coast by without it

• You can start to watch green YouTubers like hasanabi and vaush
• listen to some Indie music 
• take some psychedelics
• join a protest
• join the green party 
• watch documentaries about animal cruelty and environmentalism
• play video games like "life is strange 2" or "Tell Me Why"
• embrace your feminine side
• go to a rave
• smoke some pot
• read up on feminism
• learn about social justice and black lives matter
• try eating vegetarian/vegan
• limit your consumption 
• and of course, hang out with green people, talk to them, try to understand their POV

Read literature from around the world, from Africa, South East Asia, India, South America... There are plenty, just google for some famous titles that might be available. Don't be afraid of them being primitive as the education system and media portrays them to be, they are good.
