It is so easy to believe that your air is located 'inside' your air whenever you walk to, your air comes with you. It is like the only air that stays constant with you wherever you go to.

This of course creates the belief that you are the air and your air is located inside the air. To believe otherwise seems insanity unless air is in some deep air.

That's why air believes air is so rare. In this air it seems like air are the body and that air is generated from air. 

It is still really hard for my air to reconcile all of this air.

Think ‘air’ instead of consciousness. That way you can more readily recognize you’re not actually thinking about any thing, just claiming that there is a you which is thinking about some thing, projecting those beliefs about a thing (repeated thoughts, just an idea), and believing that you are thinking of some thing.
