I just started a podcast with a colleague and good friend of mine. We're psychology students who are aiming to become psychotherapists. We are called Wild Entheology and we focus on using psychedelics for personal development. Our most recent episode is about a mushroom trip I had that was based around integrating Stage Purple. It's part of a mini-series we're doing where all my trips are about integrating each stage of the Spiral up to Stage Green, which is the stage that I think I'm largely at and need to focus on integrating the most before I'm truly ready for Stage Yellow. The next episode will be about Somatic Experiencing as a technique for healing.
