The all or the absolute is a paradox, something beyond human understanding. So everything is just magic? You can see why this is so hard to explain to rationalists and have them take you seriously.

An explanation requires a conceptual mind to exist. Reality doesn't require anything. Even within a scientific framework, you'd have to feel very entitled to believe that reality must necessarily fit within the frame of the homo sapien mind — a mind that was molded by evolution to pick fruit and avoid predators.

There is... no explanation. Never was. Never will be.  as Russell said 'the universe is just a brute fact folks and that's all'.

There is no explanation needed but some spiritual teachers did explain things. Sri Aurobindo is one of them. And his explanation is superb imo.
