Why Leo giving false days about his fast?

I am also into fasting the last 4 days. Anyways i noticed Leo saying he is on the day 7 of the water fasting on his Holistic Thinking video. Then yesterday in his Blog video he was on the day 4. Which way is it? 

I guess there is an error or misunderstanding maybe even on my part.....
