Best way to do that is to buy a pull up bar that can attach to the door frame and hang on it for few minutes here and there. You can decompress the spine in other ways, hanging off the edge of your bed etc. Just google them. Best option is hanging

Workout bench on Amazon for around 100 or a pull-up bar helps with posture, be mindful when sitting in a chair how you're positioned as well as when you're asleep try not to curl into fetal or lay on your side. Your spine might have curvatures that cause pain but if you do physical workouts like in physical therapy, it'll help immensely.
