I havent reached that state. ;) Sounds kind of nice to be honest.

Yes, it does sound nice on paper. But get this: transcending your mind is nothing short of losing your mind ;)

i don't think I need professional help, i am just an average stage orange/going on to green guy with some irrational fears like many people who is just trying to be cautious, i am not a hypochondriac (i think), i am just wary of all the negative things that can happen ∴ i want to be ready for them,

so far what i realised is that meditation is just a route that teaches one how to surrender.

In my case when I am anxious or with fear what it helps me is to focus on what is real in the moment.

Not paying so much attention to the mind, but mostly to what is happening and you will see immediately how fear diminishes.

Being mindful is a great way to stop anxiety and negative thoughts.

Focus on the sound of a car passing near your house, the noises in the ambient, pay attention to what you are looking without analizing it, just look. Smell... paying attention to the "outside" instead of the "inside" (thoughts or mind) is great. And is a path to enlightenment too...

The problem is the mind that over analyzes everything, try to learn how to be more in the moment and not so much in your head.

The simulacrum is never that which conceals the truth—it is the truth which conceals that there is none. The simulacrum is true.

I had a similar fear at the start of my journey. The descriptions provided for the deeper states of meditation, were frightening to this body-mind.

I started with 3 minute meditation and immediately saw benefits in nearly every area of life.
