Does buying sex turn you into a rapist?

I bought sex many times from escorts around my area some were actually stage green telling me sex is healing and is a truth serum.  Reading this article that says a ucla study that suggest men who buy sex are more likely to commit a rape or sexual assault. I don't buy that I think it can help you be more comfortable around women and you get to meet interesting women who just need money to support their family or careers

Any thoughts ? Experiences ?

But I guess they mean it in a different way 

 

Some men would want to be with a hooker in order to get laid or learn more about sex or for sexual curiosity when they are going through puberty and in their teens. That's innocent enough. 

But men in an older age group can use escorts for various reasons 

Some reasons I can think of off the top of my head are 

Not having a partner 

Not having a proper sexual relationship with an existing partner. 

High drive 

No interest in an existing partner 

Tendency to cheat 

Sociopathic behaviors 

 

Some men don't use escorts for the purpose of the above reasons but because they derive sadistic pleasure out of torturing women. 

Such men are less likely to find a partner because women easily sense their bad intentions and walk away. 

Also such rejection from can further anger them and they are more likely to abuse sex workers. 

If you see stats among women who work as escorts, strippers etc, you will see that they routinely get assaulted, raped and abused. This means that the men who visit them aren't exactly saints looking for a sexual experience. The men who visit the strippers to have sex are generally the kind of men a woman wouldn't trust with her safety. 

That's why men like you are a minority in the larger group of men who use escorts and a large percentage of men in that group actually violent offenders and abusers. 

Usually such men buy the services of those women. 

So I'm not surprised by the findings of the study.

No but guys who like dominating women in unhealthy ways often buy sex. Lots of other types of guys also buy sex.
