Is meditation supposed to make you feel terrible?

In my experience, the real work starts being done at the 45 minute mark. Try to work upwards toward an hour and see if it makes a difference for you.

That's strange. For me, I do a 5+5 minute concentration practice and then a 30 minute meditation. Usually the first 10 minutes are quite calm and deep, then my concentration wavers a bit, and sort of turns on and off occasionally until my meditation ends.

I feel like 45+ minutes turns into a strong determination sort of pain endurance meditation.

Meditation also works life an amplifier of highs and lows and when your shadows get purified there will be resistance, 20 mins is too little for me, i found. Guided meditations are great, somebody here suggested me Shunyamurti meditation caled the gift of divine love, works ok.

Okay, it's normal. The video explains it greatly.

So always persevere with meditation no matter what. The subconscious will bring up trauma until it gets over it.

You can also ease up on meditation or change up the way you meditate.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
