Im also not saying quit everything you enjoy, not at all. I still use social media here and there, play video games at certain times and watch TV/ Movies, However, all of these are after I’ve completed work for example, and if I was going through a very busy phase in my business I would certainly limit them, as it can skyrocket your focus, id recommend looking into it a bit more. 
 

P.S. being bored is a good sign, explore that, we are so used to being stimulated and distracting ourselves, we often don’t give ourselves chance to investigate and rest. 
 

Also, this isn’t an absolute and won’t work for everyone of course, however, if you look at most top performers in their field, who are dedicated to their LP, they won’t be spending hours on Instagram or watching Porn, sure they will enjoy life, but the focus will be on their LP or main focus in their life at that time, that’s more what I’m talking about. 
 

I know for me, switching my phone off in work hours, cutting out porn, cutting down on TV/ Movies and video games in the week, fasting and cleaning up my diet has skyrocketed my ability to concentrate and focus during work hours. But, like I said everyone is very different, however, the rising cases of ADD are very alarming, although it goes way deeper than dopamine. 

I read that book, but I´ve found in my research that a lot of ED too is related with psychological issue, not so much with the fact of jerking off to porn. 

Although I´m sure some people do have ED due to abuse of porn, I just think the whole no-fap movement haven´t told all the truth, and I think it´s important since for lot of people (I included myself) it was easy to use porn as an excuse for all your sexual or social problems.

But your advice is inherently good, I am not going to argue that. Defintely rationalizations can go backwards and part of my message might have been as a way to justify my abuse which I´d like to be less HAha. That being said, at the same time I know the pure reason why use too much social media or if watch too much porn one week, it´s really not because of being dopamine hijacked but because of deeper reasons like my anxiety or lack of accept the present moment. But I mean dopamine is a "thing" to represent some stuff in the brain, I just think some people use it totally as an scape goat, like in a "deterministic" way of why his life its why it is, so they can feel justified about their acts.

You are in a good place and you understand things very well...

The further down this path you go, the more you will recognize how futile practices actually are.( running on the hamster wheel) there's absolutely nothing wrong with decorating the prison cell or making the dream more comfortable

Once things are seen clearly, it's literally like a ghost practicing for the Olympics... it becomes a silly non applicable goal for No one.

This is impossible for the illusion to understand...

But when the illusion is completely seen through, it makes perfect sense.
