This work week was a total mess.

I had a lot of difficulties to get myself to work. I'm trying to set a new habit and at the same time I was super concerned about US elections, it made me anxious and unable to work. I'm happy with the result, but I'm also wondering what's going to happen in the next two months. Narcissists never accept defeat, and Trump will try to do everything to drag down the US with him. It could become dangerous...

Cannot Trust My Mind

I cannot trust my mind with dealing with distractions. I always try to distract myself especially when I encounter difficulties. So... I just choose the nuclear option to block everything. The only way to unlock these distractions is to delete/rename the browser plugin configuration files which I'm too lazy to do.

No freedom, no choice for me.
