I have bought a good amount of stuff off of fivver. Not a forum, but that is a pretty good freelance market place to condiser. I am sure you could offer to write things there for people if you want to. Granted I always bought graphics or I have purchased for people to make videos on there. That would probably be a good place to start and learn to refine your skills.
