How to love your thoughts and feelings?

I have realized than self-denial is no good.

I am expert in self-denial.

I want to start loving thoughts, all of them.

If they appear I want to love them, I don't want to escape from them anymore.

I want to let them BE, for that I have to INCLUDE them in my space.

Instead of fighting them and get attached in the fight, instead of creating a fight, I want to make SPACE for them. 

Who am I to judge anything anyway? Why I assumed that anything would be worthwhile judging?

There’s a lingering line of thinking about what is outside of awareness. But it’s just a thought, within awareness. 

All is within awareness. Awareness is all. 

“The other side of that wall”...is a thought, within awareness.

@Nahm So...Does that mean that I am, perfectly fine where I am...always? That I dont have to go nowhere? 

So simple, but still don´t grasp it. Slowly going back to dreamland, although dreamland too happens within awareness. Losing awareness happens within awareness too, that is recomforting .

Damn, how many layers of depth are  xDxD . You too never get bored in this playground, don´t you? It´s such an entertaining movie this one B|

Relax, breathe, enjoy the silence.

Of course your monkey mind will not allow this. Which is why we train in meditation, yoga, etc.

I'm learning to accept my suffering (that is self chosen). "The house" is burning and I'm okay with that. What will be left is Truth, so it's all good I guess.

Yeah I know I need to re-start my practices no doubt.

What somebody says can be believed, or not, and as such, easily forgotten. Dig into the work, and find out, unforgettably.
