How would you apply your self Actualisation knowledge to study? E.g. Body awareness helps me drop and relax my body when I'm writing, observation of the mind helps me watch for constructed limitations. Just to name two examples.

- 8 solid hours of sleep

- walk in nature

- have a notebook near you bed, ideas comes when we are transitioning from waking-life to sleep

- personally, i found "omad" or time restricted eating help a lot with focus

- meditation, obviously =P

I started writing my negative thoughts and limiting beliefs and what I found is that when a negative thought came up I instantly recognized it as a stupid construction of my mind.

Questioning the obvious and going metta is (structure vs content) key.

24/7 body and breath awareness

Deep breathing/pranayamas and streches/asanas throughout the day

Abide in the self

Raw foods

Sun and nature
