Question about Law Of Attraction, Letting Go and Visualisation

22 posts in this topic

If I visualise, same thing every single day, with deep positive emotion, after how long do I need to stop visualising it and let it go?

- This is not best wording of my question, basically what I am asking about is: How to apply letting go with Visualisation? when it is time to let go? After how long?

@Rasheed well with law of attraction... It's like all about letting go of wanting it. As long as you have done all that needs to be done, simply shift your focus on the fact that you have already got what it is you're looking for.

The feeling of that. Authentic and true and whole. That's what's needed.

Less deep emotional intention, more light easy choosing of the good feeling thoughts aligned with what you are wanting. More milking every last drop of fun out of every single day.

When you write - or even just think of - what you want, it is already done. Reality is always becoming in accordance. Ours is simply to acknowledge and let go of the resistance thoughts. We are not ‘powering’ anything.  We pick thoughts, keep up with the expansion, and enjoy living accordingly.

It is always time to let go and have fun. The universe is not separate, the thought of what you want is itself infinite intelligence that is reality, they’re as entangled as could be. Pitch the ball once and you’re done, switch to your catchers mitt and watch that ball come to you straight out of the woodwork of experience.

I thought I needed to visualise same thing over and over again...It's not about repetition?

Is it about, stopping to look for the thing itself?

Visualising once is enough? Writing it once is sufficient?

Write it all on your dream board, and write everything else you want too. Let your bigger picture get bigger & bigger. Watch dots connect right before your eyes.

It is holon, there is not subject telling object. That is ‘the story’ playing out, the unfolding of the dream. (This is actually a dream) Expand on, rather than getting repetitive - keep dreaming, dream bigger, beyond where you’ve been. The matter of “sufficiency” is less about how many times you write or repeat, and more about letting resistant thoughts go, and aligning with what you are wanting.

If affirmations and or visualization are what you want, what is feeling good for you, by all means do that. Feeling good is “the magic”, “the point”...it’s not really about “the stuff”.  Unless, for you, it is about “the stuff”, then, for you, it’s very much about the stuff. And there isn’t anyone who can tell you “about the stuff” is wrong. You are the authority, you are the creator of your reality, and you’ll be wanting some ‘other stuff’...in any case, being true-to-where-you-are = letting resistant thoughts go.

Looking for it implies not having it right now - correct?

Yes. So with law of attraction, it is knowing-feeling that you have it. Allowing the law to do the rest. It's not as straight forward as it may seem though.

I think, overdose on repetition can create resistance...

But what can I visualise, if not goals?

Experience.

Can you elaborate this point?

What do you mean by experience?

@Rasheed What is the point of visualization? Why do it?

To reprogram the subconscious mind.

What do you mean by visualising experiences?

@Rasheed What is the point of reprogramming the subconscious mind?

  1. Subconscious mind is responsible for everything in individual's life.
  2. 90%, maybe even more, person's behavior is governed by subconscious.
  3. Subconscious mind directs person's life.
  4. It is important to program subconscious. Especially, before every time we go to bed. Neville Goddard's book: "Feeling is the Secret" explains this, in a wonderful way.

@Rasheed Still, what’s the point?

Let’s say you accomplish this desired reprogramming, and the subconscious - which is “responsible for your behaviors and everything in your life”.

Let’s pretend that work is done, and fulfilled.

What would be different then, in your behaviors & life?

@Rasheed Do you want to reprogram your beliefs to be a more functional being for better survival? Why is it important? What is there when you visualized all that you can think of? What would you gain or get when all visualisations would manifest?

As a result:

My behaviors would be in my control and my own choosing. Not what society; circumstance conditioned in me. I created my life deliberately. Consciously. Not unconsciously. Life did not happen to me. I created it.

Better version of myself. Either I program my mind or somebody else. Either I brainwash myself or somebody else. Brainwashing and programming will happen. For me, I would prefer to me do my own programming.

I don't want to reprogram, to get something. I want to program, just to program because it will be program either way, I just want to set my own program and not let society do it for me.

When average person stars watching porn, he/she is programmind subconscious. Porn websites are doing the program.

When grandma turns on TV, media is programming her mind.

I want to do my own programming. I don't want porn industry; media, my parents, etc... to do it.

@Rasheed That’s very beautiful.

So in this fantasy, which is very appealing btw, thank you... you’d be in control, you’d be in control of your own behaviors, rather than the subconscious. That sounds awesome.

You wake up today in this control, free of societies’ imposing of conditions on you, free of this subconscious controlling you.

What, exactly, would you do?

1.

2.

3.

4.

?
