I can't meditate, I keep getting lost in thought

@Mezanti The slower you breathe the less the mind is active. Try it yourself, breathe as slow as you can that it's comfortable for you. The mind responds to breathing, the faster you breathe the more anxious the mind becomes and vice-versa.

When doing my Kriya I can inhale about 2-3 times a minute, which shuts down the mind drastically. There is still some chatter, but it's way better than it was.
