Strong Determination Sitting

I want to master this technique! I started doing this 7 months ago.

1st & 2nd month - 20 minutes

3rd, 4th & 5th month - 25 minutes

6th & 7th month - 30 minutes

I feel I am too slow I wanted to reach the level of 1hr/day. Please give me some tips?

P.S - I generally meditate more than once per day.

I increased my minimum time by 2 minutes every Monday, until I got to where I wanted to be. It took 15 weeks to get to an hour.

The benefits of strong determination don't even begin to kick in unless you're doing at least an hour. I started with half an hour, increased it to an hour after a few weeks, and plan to increase it another half hour soon. It can be difficult but that's the entire point, you need to learn to have control over yourself.

I've tried it once. I sat for 1 hour 20 mins, opened my eyes and realised I had drooled all down my chest :P . I then stood up abruptly and had a massive headache from the intensity of it. Probably a mistake but I will start sitting again for shorter time periods :) .

Just start doing 1 hour sits. You'd be surprised how quickly you can acclimate to it.
