For my schedule, breaks are from 1:30pm to 2pm, or 3pm to 3:30pm. I will eat from 8am-9:15am and/or during breaks.

Anything I observe, anything I look at, I try my best to observe and look at it carefully and deeply. Most people are the opposite, they always observe and look at everything carelessly and only at the surface.

But my way is obviously superior. Since I look at things as carefully and deeply as I can, since I keep the most open mind possible, since I take the time to question things and soak things in as best I can, since I'm so passionate, I always end up with the most accurate understanding out of everybody and it always gets proven in the end. In the end, it always gets shown that I was right!!! ^_^

My extreme open-mindedness, wisdom, maturity, compassion, understanding, patience, honesty, authenticity, kindness, generosity, and love always pay off in the end. That's even if at the beginning I seem like the least open-minded, the least wise, the least mature, the least compassionate, the least understanding, the least patient, the least honest, the least authentic, the least kind, the least generous, and the least loving.

I'm a smart fucking guy. I rarely fuck up. -_-

I'm gonna keep looking at things carefully and deeply. Not too carefully or too deeply (because too much of anything is bad,) but careful and deep enough.

It's not a coincidence that my life purpose is to tell profound stories in order to enlighten humanity and yet 99% of people don't even have a life purpose at all. It's not a coincidence that I'm enlightened and yet over 99% of people don't even know what enlightenment is. It's because I'm at stage Coral. It's because I'm basically like a 100-year-old in a 23-year-old's body. It's because I've done the work. It's because I'm the real deal. It's not a coincidence. That's why I believe I will succeed with my 200-day challenge and my goal for 2019. That's why I have almost zero regrets even after this insane life I have lived so far!!! :D

The Rules (final)

  • I need 200 points to complete the challenge
  • 1 day of doing work on mind, body, and life purpose according to The Schedule above earns me 1 point
  • All 3 areas must be worked on in one day to earn 1 point
  • If I miss a day, such as only doing work on my mind and life purpose and being too lazy to do the work on my body, I have to subtract 3 points from how many points I have at that time
  • The 200-Day Challenge starts on November 28, 2018
  • The deadline to complete The 200-Day Challenge is August 25, 2019
  • On holidays I don't have to do anything although I can if I want to
  • I get 3 free days for the entire challenge where I won't lose 3 points for not doing the work, but they DO NOT earn me a point
  • On days that I sprint I don't have to follow The Schedule exactly since a sprinting workout doesn't take long
  • On days that a friend or family member needs my help, I can't lose points although I can gain points if I do the work

The man who changes the world is the man who changes himself.

The 200-Day Challenge Day 4

Worked on mind and body, did not work on life purpose

-3 points

I fell asleep in the middle of life purpose work, lol. This was due to terrible sleep the night before. Woke up to a disturbance and couldn't go back to sleep that night, so was tired throughout the day. Was able to work on my mind before the nap and my body after the nap, but I was only able to get a couple of hours of life purpose work done.

0/200 points earned

3/3 free days remaining

Today is day 5 of The 200-Day Challenge, however, it is very likely that I will not be doing anything today or tomorrow, so I will be losing 6 points. There was an issue today that came up, and it is forcing me to act now. But everything is fine. After that I don't believe I'll get messed up again. The challenge has already given me amazing results. I am already seeing amazing results in all areas I'm focusing on because I'm working hard and seriously and I'm focused. Even though my number of points will be in the negatives soon, I'm not perturbed by this overall. I will make this days up and continue to get results. The long-term is what I'm mostly concerned with, not the short-term.

Correction: I already did work on my mind today. But I will not be doing work on body or life purpose, most likely.

Leo mentioned something like this in the life purpose course: in The Dark Woods you will sometimes be either too excited to go to sleep or too scared to go to sleep.

That happened to me the other night. The journey through the woods can be fucking intense!!!

It all depends on how deep you decide to go.
