Is this a Flow State?

Ever since I was a child whenever I focused on something I enjoyed like drawing I would get into a place where I lost sense of time and really random thoughts would just pop up and I would notice them but not care about them. A very enjoyable state where Im totally in the zone, it still happens today when I make music. Is that what they mean by Flow?

is a flow state = non-dual experience which goes "unnoticed"? we look back later and realize that "time flew by"

Sounds cool

I‘ve been producing EDM for a few years, but now I don’t get drawn to it so much anymore. Maybe because of the dark night...
