Which tool(s) did you experience the most benefit from?

Cleaning up diet

Optimizing diet

Transcendental meditation

Noting meditation

Self-inquiry

Other consciousness work (feeling gratitude, love, acceptance, etc, appreciating existence, aware of awareness, do nothing, body awareness etc)

Buteyko breathing

Various healthy lifestyle habits

Reading

Watching the actualized videos, often multiple times, and other self improvement stuff

Watching videos from spiritual teachers

Need to do kriya yoga and journaling more. Kriya yoga feels incredibly effective, I often have crazy dreams after that feel like they may be astral projectiony. And journaling I know is extremely good for you, and it would be insanely valuable to have notes on all the important stuff I've read and watched over the years. And to get thoughts out of the head and onto paper / screen

for me it was developing an “I don’t give a f$ck!” additude

better than anything I’ve tried before hahaha

And it’s an awesome attitude to have while you are getting into stuff like meditation etc

This.  It's very important to quit finding things so important.

Yes this was a big problem for me personally because I would be harsh on myself for “failing” mediation which made my practice a much less effective!
