Are context and content actually one?

As Leo said, content is facts/truth.

Context is a set of preassumed truths and assumptions in a given situation. For example, with the "man is jumping" example, most of you assumed that the man is jumping on the ground and the sentence isn't metaphorical. Changing the context only changes the relevant truths associated with the given situation.

With this, we can see that the substance of context and content are actually the same. The only difference is that the content changes faster, however, some aspects of one's metaphysical context may not be exposed in one's lifetime. Context may become content and vice versa.

Content and context are actually distinct things. But that is a challenging topic for another day.

In that video I didn't actually get into what context is. I only defined it loosely for the purposes of explaining the phenomenon of recontextualization.

To really understand context, you will have to contemplate: What is context?

It's a lot more profound than people realize.

In the ultimate end, everything is ONE, but it is very good to look at context in isolation.
