Well if we're talking about the body and mind you, then you have control. Obviously, you are controlling the mouse and keyboard to even be on the internet, control is needed and necessary. 

However on this forum we have this annoying true self thingy that doesn't control anything. It just silently observes. I think it was called awareness. 

One is the you that changes, the other is the you that never changes. Which you is more stable

@Arkandeus Letting go of control can be extremely difficult to the ego. There are so many nuances and subtleties to control.
