Thank you Prabhaker for the Vitamin b6 recommendation.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Prabhaker for linking me to a study on B6 and dreams recall. While it didn't (weirdly) help me recall my dreams, It did give me some pretty great sleep and helped me hit some pretty high states of happiness. B6 is an absolutely vital cofactor to building GABA. the counterpart to the most abundant neurotransmitter in the brain, glutamate. 

I stopped taking it for a few days and really noticed a difference.
