I would say most of the time I feel neutral/calm, which I consider my "normal state" I wouldnt go so far as to call that an emotion.

Dont look at me! Look inside!

Yes. If you feel the positive ones, yes they are.

The thing is, I went to anti depressants because I suffered intensevely, everyday, almost all the day.

I hope this doesnt repeat.

@Ether In my experience, my pain was front and center. The medication is a mask and when you take it off all of the bad things will surface. You may not be ready to face what is the root of these feelings and if not you will continue to suffer. Release and accept. Don't turn to self harm in a physical way or through drugs/alcohol. I've been facing my shit and it's not easy. Yet it's the easiest thing. I just had it buried so deep for so long and it was a reflex to hide further from it. But when I stop fighting it all came to. "Aha"

@Friend Yeah, I been feeling slight suffering on my heart but I have been distracting myself, doing things to make myself feel better.

In every second. No emotions = nirvana :)

Feel your hearts embrace of this moment of existence, and your love will awaken in everything you perceive ❤️

What specific emotions i feel depends on what happens during the day or how i choose to spend the day.
