The last missing part of your self-help journey

Many people here wanted to be healthy, wake up early, work hard, not watch porn, not eat junk, read a book a week etc. But after 100's of attempts and new resolutions every month, and after all these years they are still in the same place they are or perhaps seen slight improvement. Their struggles to be healthy, productive, focused still exist despite reading all self-help books and listening to all Leo's videos. 

They have several attempts too and its not procrastination. But SOMETHING else is causing them to be indisciplined and not improving at the pace the want to be. What is that final lesson in self-help thats missing which could forever keep us on track of focus and progress ?

Vision. A clear, lively and positive vision to live for. I notice that that is my problem. I get lazy because I forget why I want to improve myself. I forget that life is short. Leo talks about this a lot in his video's.

 

(I just read in the guidelines that this is not the place to discuss this kind of stuff, sorry!!!! :D )

It'd be nice if leo made updated videos about his view on traditional self-discipline, motivation and willing yourself to do work
