What To Do When Different Stages Of Spiral Dynamics Tear You Apart?

4 posts in this topic

I feel like I am in red, blue, orange, green and yellow,

and maybe even turquoise stages (I doubt abt turquoise though).

I have an inner conflict, like I am getting teared apart, and one explanation I think of is that different stages demand different actions, and they all contradict each other. This makes me so sick that now I feel like I have fallen into stage beige.

What to do in this situation?

Drop it. No one demands anything from you. You're perfect.

It's perfectly fine to be in multiple stages. But don't worry too much about them. It will pass. Accept that you're a rainbow :)

You use the theory, don’t let the theory use you.  Stop clinging to theory in unwholesome ways.  Take a concept you like from the theory and figure out how to turn it into a budding daily-routine in your life to get some pragmatic dividends.  Otherwise you’re just surrendering to the Mind, which leaves you satisfied and frustrated in equal measure.

Red and yellow and pink and green,
Purple and orange and blue,
I can sing a rainbow,
Sing a rainbow,
Sing a rainbow too!....................
