You know it, dear. 😈

Umm... 🤨 Okay.

To truly love something is to grant that thing freedom. It is to hold it in an open, outstretched palm of your hand without clenching over it.

Yaaa... i mean if your going around arguing with people in your head, of course when that is lifted your going to free bandwidth in your mind.

Yes when you grow up there will be a significant difference in base line consciousness

And part of that is mental stressors lifting, way of being improves and the other is the toxic mattress impairing sleep will cause you to argue with people in your head.

I understand you guys want to believe you experienced some superpower and it's a very romantic story that a Kundalini magical awakening happened, your chakras exploded and you're now Superman. That's all nice except its unholistic.

The reason you want to know the exact cause is so that you don't revert and then you know why the roller coaster is happening.

Believing its all mental is unholistic thinking.

There should be no roller coaster. The roller-coaster is not a mental phenomenon. It's physical stressors on the body.

You will be back in a contracted mental state if stressors on your body return, and because your so focused on "its all in my head" you wont know why.

Hard work gets you vertical growth, but you will be constantly met with contraction from physical stressors.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

I spent my young adult life chasing a wonderful opportunity. There was a real desperation and longing to achieve it. However, I lacked the consistency and some other skills to achieve it. And I watched that dream completely fall apart, and it really broke my heart. And my life kept falling more and more apart. Then I gradually picked up the skills I lacked before, one by one, and around a year ago I started on a very positive trajectory. And since then hope returned and a lot of the negative emotions reduced/ went away.

@Sincerity

But I asked three questions that perfectly narrowed in on what happened six months ago. But the ego wants to believe that "I" am the cause of my own change in development.

The ego wants to say... "ME" is the cause of MY growth, I grew myself up.

And this is how we are conditioned through society to believe how the whole thing works and you're thought you have to work hard and hard and hard and then you will grow yourself up.

And of course, you did put the work for all of this to be possible.

But it's not the whole story.
