Nice, they just finished the hardest part of the game dev process. Should be released in 2027 no doubt! :D:P

Sentinel is just the kind of generic vanilla name Todd would pick.

It is a generic title but to be fair, it's a kingdom in the province the game is set (Hammerfell) so at least there's a tie-in to the lore there. The content of this game likely will follow on from the poor storytelling, archaic game design and shallow writing of Fallout 4 and Starfield, so regardless of how interesting it is to see Hammerfell on paper (I'm sure it will be a visually stunning game and intriguing enough to explore the world they've crafted), the Bethesda bullshit will soon seep in. At this point, I am probably going to check it out in the same way I did with Fallout 4, like examining detritus through a microscope.

Hammerfell would have been a decent name.

If it is set in a desert, I do like that. Elderscrolls in a sort of ancient mystical Egypt would be cool.

Agreed. I always liked that Morrowind and Skyrim were named after the location. Oblivion was aptly named, because that game completely forgot to tap into the world/lore/culture of Cyrodill lol.

Yeah a desert/Egyptian-esque biome is exciting, especially in the tracjetory of the series and the types of environments it has explored, deserts were the next logical step. Jungles, grasslands, swamps, and coastal beaches are also described as being part of Hammerfell so out of everything the game will offer, I'm sure it will be a stunning digital nature museum.

Isn't that close to where Todd's Redguard game was set?

Yeah Daggerfall was set in parts of Hammerfell and High Rock I believe. He's taking us on a collective trip down Toddverse memory lane.
