Need Pick up line advice

What can I tell to a girl without context. For example in the street??? With my experience compliments doesn’t work especially with Eastern European girl I need something neutral.

As for a start, either walk with them or talk to the girls standing still already or sitting down on a bench, trying to stop a walking set is possible, but it might be too hard for now. I don't like compliments either, unless it is very very casually said. I like to say "Hey!" in a breaking rapport tonality and loud. If she is on her phone while standing still or sitting down, I wave my hand close to her under her phone, not right in her face. Then after I say "Hey!" I just say whatever bullshit comes to my mind and then I will make statements or assumptions about her, until she hooks by either asking a question, laughing, touching her hair etc. Try talking fast, don't leave much silence, because every silent moment before she is hooked, is a chance for her to leave, plus when you talk fast you say before you think, which is what you want, putting the pressure off.

Trivial observational openers are the best.

Observe what she is wearing, how she looks, then make stupid assumptions about it and tell her. For example, a girl dressed in all-black walking down the street: "Hey, Goth chick, wait up!" It doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, just say anything interesting.

Go to a busy mall, sit on a bench, and just practice making observational openers in your head as people walk by. Do not approach, just practice in your mind. The more you practice this the more natural and easy it becomes.

The beautiful thing is that it never sounds like silly pickup line.
