Often times life is hard. Sometimes its work, other times its ambition.

When I get down, I always listen to this over 4 years. I would love to share that here (Link is timestamped)

if you guys have any such moments I would love to know!

You should learn the stuff from heart math @Vido (I got it in my signature).

There's so much to do in life man, right now I'm working out how to redesign my entire living space through modern creative technologies.

I'm getting ready for a move so its a chance for me to reboot what "home" means to me, giving me a chance to merge "home" + "creativity" in a new way. I want to be able to wakeup in the morning and be able to go from idea to output before I even brush my teeth as a normal way to start my day each day.

Our minds and bodies commute far too much between when its time to love our lives and the time we dedicate to "everything else" (from someone crying in their bed, to people doom scrolling on the subway train to a priest waiting for someone to commit a few sins so they can feel useful in confession - its crazy out there man, priests should have been added to "911" equivalent decades ago).

Heart math goes very little into the behavioural potential, and it undoubtedly is different from person to person, however I never expected the radical impact it would have on my ability to simply self-induce the feeling of love in my body that both feels healing and 'growing'. I never get sad outside of when its natural to be so, never get depressed anymore, I can handle my frustrations a lot more, my anxiety has gone way down. It's awesome. You just eventually learn to turn it on like a turn of a tap, "water please", turn, "and the love pours out".

These are solid videos are a solid effort by Leo, that said you gotta learn the self-regulation at a deeper level. It's not healthy to be leaning on the digital stuff. They light the spark, but you gotta be the fire within.
