Insane confidence reached but permeant implementation

So I have had it where I have approached women I have found very attractive with 100 confidence and it is an amazing feeling . I didn't realise that , that could be a permanent implementation . My dating life HAS FUCKING TRANSFORMED . ITS BEEN INSANE . Well everything else in my life has so this was the last dragon to slay . What happened was I implemented letting go / going outside my comfort zone to a certain standard every week . IT IS Fucking CRUCIAL FOR THAT LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE  - in terms of me naturally just approaching a girl at the cafe I work at because of the amount of letting go I do in my life . Like I just fucking knew I would do , I could just tell , I felt the emotions and that's when you know . The thing is when you do this system of letting go , you naturally face your OLD fears . You just naturally do and effortlessly . It's incredible . it's powerful . It's wonderful . To me it's fucking magical . I love it . Thank you , thank you . Thank you so much Leo for all the influence you have had on me . But anyway yes the feeling I have had about myself has been amazing . So part of the letting go was that it helped me reach a level of high integrity that myself has really wanting to get to . And man with this level of integrity for me , I have really gotten more self worth from it . So yes with a catalog of positive traits to choose from to build my self esteem and self worth , that was the starting position for me to try to slay this final dragon . And also , from the fucking confidence I already had from letting go . I was already confident but there are levels , which I think is to say more so that there are things you aren't confident about . For example with all the letting go , I stopped resisting the things I wasn't confident about hence more confidence reached . But yes also my approach came from just contemplation / telling myself the truth of the situation and trying to figure out the truth of what I can do and actually change . And eventually I was processing my own perspectives and my relationship of low self worth to women , and then my intuition said you can have her , you can have all of them , which was a statement of self worth it . And also it wasn't just for women , my inner voice said you are worth all of them including just people ( not as in am worth more than others ) . So this self worth I have now , this this this this this this this this . This.. this self worth in relation to people is what has given me that extra level of confidence in socialising . And it really is extra , it's incredible . As someone who has always been perceived as very confident socialising , I really had no idea this new level of confidence + socialising even existed . It's also fucking amazing and I cannot believe it . 

So my dating advice yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes and my advice life in general yes . Is

- be high integrity

- look at your self worth in relationship to people and in everything and what it hinges upon 

- doing letting go to a certain standard every week

This . Is literally . A dream come true for me . I didn't even think this was going to happen and I wasn't even aiming for it and it suddenly came . I was experiencing a level of shock for hours . I experienced the internal change and all of the emotions of the change internally and I sort of knew it happened before I even had any external evidence . That's when you know ..

I learnt that for some reason ( fear , it was fear ) I have been hiding my sexual expression towards women FOR FUCKING YEARS . That is fucking unbelievable . So the first thing I mentally changed was always putting it on the table for everyone to see .

Approaching women now comes from authenticity and naturalness .

I see her and I naturally want to approach and think something could happen and then because of the letting go I fucken do . So natural . Whereas before going around in pickup 

A) sometimes that desire to approach wasn't there , but the expectation was 

B) I wasn't doing enough letting go 

C) I didn't actually think something could happen weirdly enough because of how unconscious my process was , and my lack of processing and contemplating anything . 

Before it was coming up with my own ideas of what to do , getting excited , having expectations , trying them . Succeeding and failing , but being completely unaware of what I was actually doing and why . I didn't realise that what I wanted all along was this . A healed relationship in terms of this self worth yes yes yes yes .. and that's it , well and the ability to escalate , which is the same as letting my sexual expression out . My sexual expression wanted to come out to be seen .

@felixk_priv yes it is actually quite natural to approach, we are just programmed to believe it is weird or it is weird to go after what you want as a men, when as a men that is what you are supposed to do, you are supposed to go after what you want not only in dating but in general in life. I am happy to hear you had some breakthroughs!

Be careful with going too far down that route but a man that is comfortable with his sexuality and can turn on his sensual side in a calibrated way is very attractive to everyone as most people are indeed repressed.

Self confidence is something women can intuitively sniff out almost immediately.  They don't want a guy lacking self esteem.  If they sense that they will be taken aback.   They want a man that is secure in his own skin otherwise how could they make them feel secure? It's a crucial component in being able to pick up a women.  Keeping her requires it as well but they want to see you have your shit together .  So keeping them transforms more from confidence to stability and that you got things and can handle things ongoing.
