Awesome! I have been craving more content on Ego Development. Thanks a lot — already on my playlist.

Based on Actualized.org's EDT videos, I consider myself in the post-conventional tier, with my center of gravity falling somewhere between Individualist / Pluralist and Autonomous / Strategist. Which is why I'm now reading "Thinking in Systems" — to deeply enter and solidify myself in the latter stage.

I will watch this series and report back on insights and whether the new perspective changes where I see myself.
