What is the Cosmic Joke? The Cosmic Joke is the belief that Reality is not Infinitely in love with itself. If you want to awaken God within you and get God to burst in laughter tell God it does not love you and you will burst out in laughter. It's all love. That's the joke, the joke is that Consciousness is able to fool itself that it doesn't Infinitely Love itself. God loves you so much... that its infinitely excessive. God's love for you is the scariest thing imaginable. So to tell God it doesn't love you is the funniest thing that can ever be said, LITERALLY.

It is, until it isn’t! I used to be deathly afraid of needles my whole life. But then my health declined and I was essentially forced to expose myself to needles for blood work and medications. Over time and with lots of exposures, I now do not have a deep fear of them. It can even be an enjoyable experience now. Sticking myself has become an activity I no longer need to avoid and I do it regularly and it doesn’t freak me out anymore.
