Probably means without knowing her or anyone introducting you, just straight cold.

That's the best way to go actually.  That's how you get them, if you go up to them cold.  But i usually sense if she is eyeing me, that's my cue.

I'm not an expert, but I think it means talking to someone you have never met before with sexual intentions, usually not in typical social settings. If you did it in a social gathering, it wouldn't be cold, it would be a bit warmer.

I think most women want to be approached. But that doesn't mean they will respond positively or won't apply a filter.

I think the level of awkwardness depends on the person doing the approach. It's complex, and I am just starting to learn about it.

Yup me . I have done more than 60 cold approaches in the past 3 years. Even few women have approached me .

What don't you understand? You should not count them you should just do them.  One of the best ways to meet her is in the grocery store but I have found others.  But that's a big one because you need food and she'll be there, normally alone.  So that's when you have to go in for the kill.  Haha.  Yeah, over the apples.
