understand what you mean by that. When you make that shift, the world you perceive seems real, because that perception is no longer based on fear, but on openness.

However, this perception is still based on the existence of your body. The surface is projected by your physical body, and the deeper levels by the energetic body. But when all levels of the body disappear, then the relative world also disappears, as if it had never existed, and what remains is reality. That's how I see it.

But how could be the reality without any form? Anyway, right now the body exist, so the point is getting open to what is now.

As I see it there are a lot of preferences uncoded and it's impossible to avoid them, for example physical pain, need of human communication, etc, but under everything it's always the absolute fact of being. if you are open to it life still has pain but it's relative, you can access to your unlimited nature easily and that's fullness.

The point is being able to dissolve the self totally for a moment. If you do it it's not wonderful, love, freedom or anything because those are appreciations of the self, it's absolute being, the total fact of existing. Anything else are appreciations that happens in this fact, the absolute being is not thinkable because thoughts are an expression of it. If you manage to totally dissolve the self sometimes, then everything take the quality of the absolute being even you are operating in the self, as it's inevitable
