How many times over the last 2 years did I show you, with papers, articles and textbook references that you are portraying caricatures about Science and AI? How many times did I stress that I have experienced the Consciousness/Godhood Ontology and am literally harnessing intuition to do breakthroughs in math and AI, as have many others done before me? You are not the first nor last to tap into Infinite Intelligence. 

It's the hubris and the belittling, while simultaneously making ignorant statements that you could correct if you actually read some of what the "weasels, bigots" and "rats" wrote. 

I respect your work, I don't respect what you have become. Been here long enough to see the change in who sticks around. Maybe ask yourself why for once.

@Ero You found a couple of things that you can ridicule me on and blown them out of all proportion. The net result of that will be that you deprive yourself of deeper understanding and teachings.

I have never said that you can't use mysticism to deepen science. Of course you can. That's what I teach.

My criticisms of science have been very sharp, so I can see how you take that as caricature. However, every point I make about science is still valid. That can make it seem like I am anti-science but I'm really not. I just never talk about the valid parts of science.

I am also not anti-AI. I am anti AI hype and mechanical madness.

How you do know what homework I have done? Just because my view differs from yours on AI does not mean I haven't done homework.

Your views of me are very much of your own making.

You know how you say it takes you 5 minutes to figure out the level of consciousness of someone? 

People who are technical have the same thing on the topics they have dedicated their lives to.

As someone who spends 10h+ a day on AI and math for the last 5 years, it is crystal clear from the language you use, the category errors you make and the references you use.

@Ero I understand science deeper than any scientist. No scientist has ever explained science as deeply as me. Scientists cannot even imagine what I understand about how science works.

But, I do not know the technical minutia of anything. I do not even care.

As far as AI, of course I am not an AI expert. I am talking about AI as a social hype phenomenon. I am talking about the sociological and investing aspects of AI. I know you guys have not invented AGI.

I do not have the gift of yap, I have the gift of understanding. 

Also, keep in mind that the stuff I share on my blog about AI is a tiny fraction of what I have studied. I don't share everything with you.

You guys are really hung up on that one forum post. It was a hasty post that I regret making. I share raw, personal, aspirational stuff on this forum sometimes. I am sometimes eager so share a new thing I just discovered or am working on. I do get things wrong sometimes. Especially in a forum post. My standards for rigor in a forum post is much lower than a video, blog, or course. I don't even consider my forum posts to be my official body of work. I use this forum to think through my newest ideas out loud. This forum serves as a sounding-board for my ideas. Not all ideas survive.

Highlighting the "good science" (1 + 2) is scientific, speaking on social dynamics is not - that is "history of science" 

The fact that there are literally thousands of scientists and mathematicians that do psychedelics/sprituality and stellar science, many of whom I have referenced before. The difference between them and you is that:

(1) they keep their schizo/intuitive ideas to themselves before crystallizing them rigorously/empirically 

(2) they have the humility to understand that the collective intelligence of everything we have build as humans is bigger than any one of us, because it has been built over millennia from thousands of people, some of which have most certainly been more spiritually gifted than you. 

If you actually practiced "good science" in terms of (1) and (2), you wouldn't be facing all this criticism.

The "couple of things" we are highlighting are examples of the larger systemic problem - your hubris and double standards.
