Yes I routinely have this thought too and not because I'm more intelligent than anyone else.

When a person is upset, they simply weren't intelligent/conscious enough to find out how to be happy in that situation (yet). OR they weren't intelligent enough to avoid the situation in the first place.

Obviously we should sympathize with people in chronic pain, or other health problems, or severe tragedies. That doesn't apply to what I'm saying.

I think there is a thread about this that was created recently.

You can be as smart as you want and still won't be able to achieve anything due to bad luck and genetics. Willpower and discipline have a genetic component, and they are definitely separate from inteligence. Seems like you just want to indirectly toot your own horn by negging yet again, to feel superior

I haven't seen a link or pattern between intelligence and happiness.

That being said I can't watch Orion, I get gross vibes.

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

Gives me gross vibes too, he was great when he started but he got a whiff of the manosphere clicks and sold out. Fuck him. I think I tried to introduce his content here when he first started.....

When he first started he was good - I agree 100%.

I feel like he fell into manosphere content in the same slow boil manner people who are chronically online and chained to their algorithm do.

It is sad to see a psychologist become corrupt.
