Be careful who you listen too. Study for yourself, in a comprehensive fashion. Use wikipedia or similar sources.

Of course, there's no other better alternative. Even science completely mess up information sometimes. In the 30's smoking cigarettes was considered healthy by doctors.

you don't understand the problem, you can't find this stuff on wikipedia, at the same time my goal isn't to convince you, just sharing information. I'd reccomend doing some digging into some more of his videos or even rewatch the video I posted.
