The effects it had on my personality were... absolutely bizarre. 

The education system Canada teaches all women to go on the pill when they're in high school.

And the way they explained it in class is that they only show how it prevents 99.9% of pregnancies and then they don't show how it affects mental health or how it changes the body.

So women are led to mass brainwash taking this stuff as if it's just this convenient perfect solution.

So because this is their mindset going into it they don't notice that has any effect on them and they just associate their mood instability with "normal life". And then trying to explain to these people that they're so unstable because these hormones there taking is basically impossible because they're not making the association.

Making associations takes a massive leap in self-awareness and consciousness, because you have to see outside your box.

It took me 12 years to figure out that air causes stimulation and therefore can block the sleep cycle causing my insomnia. And it took so long because I'm in an echo chamber of assumptions.
