Deepstash: A great app for microlearning

I've been trying apps for a long time in order to use my phone for self-development.

The results have been generally quite disappointing, only Duolingo offered consistent value but again it's scope is quite limited. Other focus/intelligence apps didn't really do the trick or I found them unappealing long-term (aka a hard mental chore, not fun).

Some weeks ago I discovered Deepstash, it presents book insights in a very concise and entertaining way. If you are used to thinking from first principles, you can really derive the whole book from the key concepts presented through the app. 

I wanted to recommend it because when you see something good that adds value you naturally want to share it. I'm contemplating on buying the pro version, but for now the free version has been more than enough for my needs.

As an advice, it's better to choose books on news topics rather than familiar ones for you, as you'll be able to expand your horizont of understand quicker. I read one on marketing (Building a storybrand) and wow it gave me the right principles and understanding that I applied just after reading.

Check it out and tell me what you think. Stop doom scrolling and start using your phone in positive ways!
