Any flesh and blood human being IS BANNED from therapy. 

They can only form the DSM but NEVER, EVER execute it. This is enforced by a global treaty. Anybody caught is imprisoned for a decade or faces a MASSIVE fine. as in $USD 30m equivalent. 

We develop androids to act as therapists programmed with the DSM. They are then reviewed after a year to enusre they are performing per cited programming. this will be a transparent process, with the results of every android therapist posted publicly. 

Thus, there would be no to fewer petty biases. And only objective care. 

Those who oppose this in spirit had issues or morality by-passes.

I think humans giving their perspective can be helpful. I like having AI to analyze my thoughts though. Way more convenient and thorough than a human therapist I agree.
