"Why?"

It's explained in the sentence before that: "as you are part of Wholeness, you can't stand outside of Wholeness and ask why about Wholeness." As you are one with Wholeness, you can't stand separate from it to assign it a meaning. Therefore, it is meaningless.

To no one. Wholeness is just meaningless, perceived by no one or thing, which could assign it any meaning.

Yes, but this just evades the question. It doesn't answer it.

Non-duality is a great system of thinking in many areas. But it shouldn't be used to bypass deeply existential and philosophical questions.

Something is clearly happening. It's not nothing.
