Experiencing psychedelic expansion

Usually with psychedelics and in higher dosages, one can feel the overwhelming sensation of gates opening, over stimulation, and overall contraction.

Train yourself in those cases to expand and be open, get some space. This is what I call psychedelic expansion and it the other side of psychedelic contraction. You become spacious empty awake luminosity, it feel like a relieving Ahhhhh, iuuuf, oh, so good, *resting in luminous space*

This is important to reach psychedelic master and higher awakenings, otherwise the nature of the psychedelic compound will overstimulate you in contraction and make you run from here to there like s chicken without head. See when you are contraction and open up, release, and do a nice inhale and Ahhhh sound. Stretch yourself, open your mout to relax the contraction of the jaw, and so on so forth. Buddhist like to call it opening the fist of the mind or being simply open. A trigger to remind you of this for example is when you go drink some water mid trip, see it will give you a bit of this expansion so you continue in that line of opening luminous expansion.

This Conscious skill will enhance all your trips and your experience of life in general.

This reminds me of my mantra on trips which goes something like, "I fully surrender and open myself up." Saved me from countless bad trips! Also, I don't believe bad trips exist because you learn from them anyways, making them good.

As someone once put it: There are trips that are challenging in the way getting mugged in an alleyway is challenging.

Imagine you're in a peak of a heavy LSD dose, instead of feeling overwhelmed, your mind wrapping itself as infinitum, you suddenly unwind yourself ad infinitum, your heart beats slow and steady, consciousness is spacious, luminous and perfectly still. 

This is mastery of heavy psychedelic dosages.
