Thank You

@Leo Gura I just wanted to thank you for putting me onto kriya yoga. Before I couldn't do self inquiry effectively because I couldn't locate the I. After three months of daily kriya yoga I'm able to. I don't event feel I need kriya yoga anymore because I now have direct access to the I.

(I'm going to keep doing it anyway for the concentration benefits)

Don't stop. It goes way deeper. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Welcome.

@Oppositionless When you say you are able to locate the I after 3 months, what exactly do you mean?

It just arises itself after doing the exercises, or you have that intention to locate the I while doing the practices?

I'm asking because I also re-started my Kriya practice in last 1-2 weeks and would like to hear your perspective since you've had some progress.

Bro Leo I gotta say thank you because it's only been 2 months, and recently after my Kriya sessions I'm seeing my baseline mood have an increase in peace-joy feelings that I can feel throughout the day. Even if I only do 12 kriya in the morning (I usually do 72 before bedtime) I will still feel an effect. Plus it's SO MUCH EASIER to enter into a state of Being. Much more effortless, unlike when even after meditation I would have to struggle against my mind to go into Being.

Can't wait for more benefits. Thanks again mate.

@Oppositionless I am personally pursuing Kriya for Liberation and Sahaja Samadhi

Sahaja Samadhi is just permanent samadhi, so you're walking around all blissed out

Yes, that's exactly how it works. Keep doing the good work.

Welcome.

When I ask "who am I", ie self inquiry, after doing kriya yoga, a big shift happens, which never happened before. The mind quiets down and awareness turns inward. The sense of self loosens more the more I ask the question.

@Magnanimous Maha mudra activates the lower chakras more than kp1, it makes me feel embodied
