@Nemra experience is a form of thought. 

So, attachment to a thought is attachment to an experience.

Therefore, both misleads inevatibly. 

Comes and goes, appears and disseappears.

Can you have a thought if there wasn't an experience?

Haven't you had an experience without thinking about it?

I would say that we have ideas about experiences.
