No appetite

@OP if youve never done a fast 3 days is big.

You seem really good about going to the docs, my recommendation is go for some bloods and check you are in a good healthy state prior to engaging in a 3 day fast. I am sure you are onto it though, as you genuinely seem better than most regarding docs 💪

You could regress the fast to an elimination diet too. See what removing all food except one or two that you are confident don’t cause problems do. Then reintroduce the iffy foods one by one and observe. If I was doing this I would pick sardines & stay in significant calorie deficit but not necessarily fasted.

I’ve already done multiple full blood tests and everything is normal

Clean bill of health. Which is a good start prior to fasting.

One complication with fasting is gallstones, as fasting increases the risk. But this is typically more with long term fasting (or frequent fasting), and pre-existing gallbladder issues.

I also have a white coated tongue, tiny appetite, dry lips, constant burping & low libido and ed. I get regular appetite signals but I’m full in 3-4 bites.

It’s especially hard for me to eat meat, high calorie foods, and easier to eat sweeter foods over salty ones.

You’re probably genetically predisposed to this just like me but there’s something worsening your symptoms.

I would advise you to not restrict yourself to specific food groups like vegan, vegetarian or Mediterranean.

What causes everything for me is likely terrible sleep. For regular appetite you have to be awake in the morning and sleeping by 11-midnight. And get full 8-9 hours.
